We're looking to add a full-time brewer to the team at Chuckanut. Ideally, we'd want applicants to have 2+ years of professional brewing experience and understand the mechanical, biological, and practical realities of production brewing.

Day-to-day:

• Operations: Mashing in, wort production, cellaring, transfers, filtration, and packaging with a high degree of process control.
• Maintenance: Heavy focus on CIP protocols, sanitary piping, basic equipment troubleshooting, and keeping tight specs on every batch.
• Physical Work: Moving grain, handling hoses, cleaning tanks, and doing the unglamorous work required to keep a brewery running clean.

Compensation & benefits:

• $45-50k, flexible depending on experience and credentials.
